O: The Four seasons hotel,good morning,what can i do for you?
G: I’d like to book a room at your hotel.
O: Just a moment,please.i’ll put you through to the Front Desk.
(...........for a while,the call through to the Front Desk)
R: Good morning!This is Advance Reservations,may i help you?
G: Yes,my wife and i will travel to Guiyang in the Christmas Day,we’d like to book a double room,please.
R: OK,sir,let me check it for you,(.......) ,we do also have some else double room that with window,computer,close to the river.What kind room do you need?
G: Close to the river,7th floor would be best.
R: I’ve keep the room for you.How many nights should i book it for you,sir?
G: Two nights.
R: Could i have your name,please?
G: David,D-A-V-I-D.
R: What about your telephone number?
G: 010-638762.
R: We do have keep the reservation that with a double room close to the river on 7th floor about two night in Dec.25 for you,am i right?
G: Yes.
R: I hope that you need to pay $50 as advance deposits.
G: OK,i will.

(Mary and David carry the heavy luggage walk to the hotel)
B: Good afternoon,welcome to the Four Seasons hotel,do you need any help?
M: Yes,of course,it’s so kind of you.
B: My pleasure. (to carry the luggage)
(the bellman follow the guests go to the Front Desk )
R: Welcome to our hotel,what can i do for you?
D: We booked a double room a few days earlier,my name is David.
R: Could you spell it,please?
D: D-A-V-I-D.
R: Thank you,Sir,please wait for a moment,i’ll check the arrival list.
(....... A few while)
Yes,we have your reservation,a double room ,close to the river and you have paid $50 as advance deposits,could i have your ID,sir?
D: Yes.here you are.
(Check the information of the guests )
R: OK, Your room number is 711,it’s on the 7th floor as your require.Would you please fill this firm while i prepare the room card for you ?
D: Thank you!
R: You are welcome,i hope you enjoy your stay with us.
(David take the room card ,the bellman go to them)
B: Could you show me your room card? Let me guide you to the room.
D: OK.(send the room card to the bell man)
B: This way,please.watch out your step.

C: Housekeeping .May I come in?
G: Yes,Please.
C: I’m sorry to disturb you.sir.would you like me to clean you room?
G: Yes,Please.The hotel’s bed is very comfortable.
C: I’m glad you are pleased with it.Anything I can do for you ?
G: Can you get me a new soap?The soap in the bathroom was used up.
C: I’m sorry we did not notice that,I would send it up to your room in just one moment.
G: Thank you! By the way, I have one thing.Could you bring me another pillow?my wife think it too low.
C: OK ,I’ll send one to your toom immediately.
G: I’d like to request a morning call,because we want to get up early to travel.
C: What time would you like us to call you tomorrow morning?
G: I’d like you to call me at 7:00 a.m.
C: All right.
G: Thank you .And please hang the”Do Not Disturb” sign outside my door after you cleaning the room. And it’s so kind of you.There are some charge for you.
C: Thanks.But we don’t accept tips here in the hotel.
G: OK,That’s all right.Thank you.
C: My pleasure,have a good time ,and always at you service.

C: Good morning,sir! can I help you?
G: Good morning,my wife and I want to have a tour about your city ,can you give us a good suggestion?
C: Yes,when would you like to go?
G: Some time tomorrow if possible.
C: Here is a timetable of tours,there is a bus leaving the hotel at 8:00 a.m ,and returning at 5:00p.m .
G: It’s our first time in Guiyang,we would like to have a tour guide to show us everything.
C: No problem! I can provide you with a local guide,where would you like to visit ?
G: We would like to visit The Qianling Park ,can you suggest any other place?
C: We have a one-day trip to visit the Jiaxiu Tower building, we can arrange a bus for you and your wife.500 yuan for each person including tour guide and lunch.
G: How about the lunch?
C: The lunch includes si-wawa ,Changwang Noodles and so on,you can’t miss the delicious food in Guiyang.there’re too mang kinds of foods for you to choose,and also they’re mainly tastes spicy.
G: Yeah,that’s good ,thank you very much.

G: Yes, I’d like to check out now. Could you let me have a bill?
C: Yes, of course. May I know you room number?
G: It’s 711.
C: Please wait a moment ,and I’ll get the bill ready.
G: Thanks.
C: Here you are ,sir.
G: This figure looks too high. Could you explain it a little bit?
C: Sure. You stayed here for 2 nights, so the figure is repeated 2 times, and it include service charge of taxi.
G: Oh, I know, thank you .
C: Do you have anything else?
G: Can you call a taxi for me?
C: Of course, sir. The taxi will wait you at outside. This is your bill. Have a pleasant journey home.
(Mary and David walk to the gate of the hotel)
B: Can i help you,sir?
G: Yeah,Thank you!
